The manufacturer recommended outdoor units (Daikin RX36WMVJU9 / RX36NMVJUA for cooling + or RK36WMVJU9 / RK36NMVJUA) are available from various HVAC sites for around $2000-2900.

It has a wireless remote control and app control, numerous features for very low noise, energy saving, smart features, and wide airflow coverage and effectively distributing cooled or heated air throughout the room. 
Daikin recommends pairing with separate outdoor unit Daikin RX36WMVJU9 or RX36NMVJUA (identical) for cooling + heating, or if you only need cooling, the RK36WMVJU9 or RK36NMVJUA (identical). If you or your technician know HVAC, you may be able to use something else with the following specs:

THIS IS THE INDOOR UNIT ONLY. Daikin’s FTX Polara systems feature streamlined, wall-mounted indoor units paired with quietly compact outdoor units. Available in both heat pump and cooling only solutions, Polara is the ultimate duct-free solution for large bonus rooms, restaurants, shops, offices, data rooms and other light commercial projects. When paired with the appropriate Daikin inverter “variable speed” compressor, Polara systems deliver the capacity required to maintain desired room conditions. This technology minimizes temperature fluctuations and provides continuous cooling comfort with maximum energy savings. The FTX36WVJU9 is a 36,000 BTU indoor wall unit. It is compatible with both the cooling only (RK36WMVJU9) outdoor unit as well as the heat pump (RX36WMVJU9) compressor. Each system can be viewed and purchased using the above links specific to your requirements.  The indoor wall unit features a Dual Flap System in which the large flap dictates the airflow direction and the small flap swings to help circulate the air. This allows the unit to direct the cool air out horizontally across the room to maximize the cooling efficiency and comfort, while it directs warm, heated air (heat pump unit only) downward toward the floor in the winter.  The FTX36WVJU9 can be operated from your smart phone or tablet from anywhere with the Daikin Comfort Control App. This does require the additional purchase of the Daikin WiFi adaptor AZAI6WSCDKB. Features of the indoor unit include:
